The apartment is situated to the east, partially south.

The apartment is standardly equipped (there are two separate beds, two armchairs, a table with chairs, and a wardrobe). The apartment includes a separate bathroom with a shower and WC, and a separate kitchenette.

The kitchenette is equipped with an electric two-burner stove, kettle, fridge, and kitchenware (pots, plates, cutlery, glasses, mugs).

The armchairs can be replaced with a third bed (an extra bed) for a price of 75% of the price per person.
